Job DescriptionWe are seeking a junior to mid-level system implementation specialist focusing on Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) software and tools. In this role, you will work with project teams to gather EHS&S related business requirements, translate them into written specifications, and configure EHS&S software and tools.
You will support business leaders in the successful configuration, implementation, and deployment of EHS&S software tools. This includes developing specifications, system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, enhancements, and improvements as required to meet overall business objectives of clients.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution, configuring, and deploying EHS&S solutions.
- Draft and publish system design documents, configure technical specifications, and analyze/migrate data.
- Develop custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.
- Participate in system support and training clients, including the development of training materials.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MIS, Information Management, Computer Science, or similar field.
- 2+ years of business experience, including experience in delivering analysis and insights.
- Experience with EHS&S software (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, Cority, Sphera, and other third-party EHS&S software systems).
- Consulting experience.
As a Consultant with Arcadis, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain experience in a wide variety of environmental projects for diverse market sectors. You will also work as a mentor to existing staff to support the growth of Digital Services.
In this role, you must be willing to travel as needed to meet client and project needs up to 20% of the time.
