About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced RV professional to join our leadership team at Woody's RV World - Abbotsford, Canada's premier RV dealership. As a key member of our management team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and excellence in our sales organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure exceptional customer service and sales results.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales and customer service processes.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and industry partners to drive sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience in the RV industry or a related field.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales and revenue growth strategies.
