Restaurant Operations Assistant

At Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing the restaurant's budget to boost and maintain profits. This involves developing a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies. You will also evaluate daily operations, modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, planning and organizing daily operations, setting staff work schedules, supervising staff, training staff, balancing cash, and completing balance sheets and cash reports. You will also be responsible for enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and participating in marketing plans and implementation.
