Account Manager

Apt. Agency is seeking a skilled Account Manager to enhance client relationships and drive project success. As the primary point of contact for key agency accounts, you will facilitate effective communication and manage client relationships with a focus on delivering outstanding service and achieving client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee assigned agency projects from key client communication, internal project management, resourcing, and budget management
- Work closely with clients to deeply understand their business, further grow relationships, and propel organic growth
- Responsible for writing and delivering key creative briefs and ensuring all work delivered is on brief, developing key workback schedules, and executing projects on time
