The Store Manager position at Spencer Gifts is a key role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. This individual will oversee the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through effective expense management, shrinkage control, human resources management, merchandising, and inventory control in alignment with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include managing a team to achieve sales goals, controlling expenses, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction. The Store Manager must have prior retail management experience and be able to work in excess of 8 hours per day, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
