Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Paradies Lagardère Travel Retail. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide First Class Service to internal and external customers
  • Execute daily tasks on the sales floor or in a support environment
  • Maintain a positive customer shopping experience in a well-maintained and friendly environment
  • Demonstrate selling experience in a fast-paced, service-oriented retail setting
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate as required
  • Create and maintain good working relationships with fellow associates
  • Maintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping, and maintenance standards
  • Conduct customer transactions on our POS and handheld devices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Minimum one year of retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work various shifts in a 7/365 team-oriented environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively using the English language
  • Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously
