About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Transfer Associate Intern to join our team at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Gruppe. As a key member of our Technology Transfer Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless supply of medications to patients by expertly managing and executing projects and transfers within our Pharma portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Tech Transfer Leads to maintain and improve our database and dashboard for efficient data management.
  • Process Standardization: Work with the Portfolio Manager and various stakeholders to streamline and standardize our End-to-End Tech Transfer Portfolio Management Processes.
  • Lead the update of our Tech Transfer Academy's content, including GSP078, and author the Quarterly Newsletter.
  • Manage team drives, sites, processes, templates, systems, and tools, and support the organization, facilitation, and documentation of Tech Transfer for Future (TF2) meetings.

Requirements:

  • You hold an undergraduate degree in sciences, digital healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Masters in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization or Masters in Biotechnology program.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge and experience in project management principles, Agile methodologies, data analytics, and visualization tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to communicate optimally across all organizational levels.
  • High drive to manage multiple priorities and a willingness to handle tasks of varying complexity.
  • Continuous learning demeanor and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, with a willingness to learn gSites and SharePoint.
