The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Transfer Associate Intern to join our team. As a key player in our Technology Transfer Team, you'll have the opportunity to examine and improve our current processes, templates, systems, and tools. You'll work closely with our Technology Transfer Portfolio Manager to supervise Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support the development, analysis, and reporting of valuable business insights to a diverse range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Tech Transfer Leads to maintain and improve Database (Smart Sheet) and Dashboard (Tableau) for efficient data management.
  • Process Standardization: Work with the Portfolio Manager and various stakeholders to streamline and standardize the End-to-End Tech Transfer Portfolio Management Processes.
  • Lead the update of the Tech Transfer Academy's content, including GSP078, and author the Quarterly Newsletter.
  • Manage team drives, sites, processes, templates, systems, and tools, and support the organization, facilitation, and documentation of Tech Transfer for Future (TF2) meetings.
Requirements
  • You hold an undergraduate degree in sciences, digital healthcare, life sciences, or related fields.
  • You currently enrolled in a Masters in Biomedical Discovery and Commercialization or Masters in Biotechnology program.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Knowledge and experience in project management principles, Agile methodologies, data analytics, and visualization tools.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and virtual teams.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders, excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Capability to communicate optimally across all organizational levels.
  • High drive to manage multiple priorities and a willingness to handle tasks of varying complexity.
  • Continuous learning demeanor and proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, with a willingness to learn gSites and SharePoint.
