Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kickers Sports Bar & Grill. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Manage Food and Beverage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, maintain accurate records of stock, and ensure that our inventory is always well-stocked.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Hire, train, and develop a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Ensure Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food and service meet the highest standards.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare and submit accurate budgets and reports, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocate costs covered by employer.
