Food Service Supervisor

Kickers Sports Bar & Grill is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, track sales, and prepare reports to inform business decisions.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and relocate costs covered by employer.
