Front Store Associate

About the Role:
Neighbourly Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Front Store Clerk to join our team at our Oshawa, ON location. As a Front Store Clerk, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable interaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with cash handling, stock management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Develop product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and display maintenance to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Store Manager and Store Operator.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service and cash handling experience is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional image and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Criminal Record Check required.
