About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at MediSystem Pharmacy Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels to meet patients' needs and counsel patients on new and additional medications
  • Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interaction with all internal and external customers
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations and community-based marketing strategies
  • Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy and provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist's license
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience formulating and executing action plans
