About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at MediSystem Pharmacy Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the safe and effective management of medications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, dispense, and control medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Ensure adequate inventory levels of medications and over-the-counter supplements to meet patient needs
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications in a friendly, positive, and proactive manner
  • Create awareness and educate customers through public relations initiatives, such as public health days and clinics
  • Provide timely and positive resolution to patient needs and doctor requests/issues
  • Review and control costs at all levels within the pharmacy
  • Provide ongoing training for new and existing pharmacy colleagues
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license
  • Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
  • Excellent leadership and performance management skills
  • Proven ability to build the business using community-based marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
  • Strong personal computing skills, as well as knowledge of Healthwatch and/or KROLL Pharmacy Computer system
