Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
This is a challenging role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and supplies, as well as maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Scheduling and Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring that all equipment and machinery are properly maintained.
- Staff Supervision: Hire and oversee the training and supervision of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Budgeting: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
Work Environment
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 kg.
