Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Summary
This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a warehouse facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth operation of the facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Safety and Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, ensuring the facility is well-maintained and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Operations Planning: Plan and manage the facility's operations budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
Requirements
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work on-site at the facility. The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
