About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Crisanto C Estrada, Inc., Elaine MG Tan, Inc. as a key member of our accounting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as maintain accurate records of employee benefits and deductions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, as well as maintain accurate records of tax payments and deductions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
