About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at T & D Investments Corp. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll and Accounts Payable: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including trial balance, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain and balance general ledgers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
