Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stocking Team Leader to join our team at London Drugs. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the stocking process and ensuring that our store is fully stocked and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the stocking process, including receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise
  • Ensure that the store is fully stocked and ready for customers at all times
  • Manage and motivate a team of stocking team members
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or inventory management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
