Job Summary:
The Assistant Store Manager - Team Lead is a key member of the store management team, responsible for assisting in the implementation of sales and merchandising plans, promoting a highly engaged team culture, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Loss Prevention: Participate in prevention strategies and investigations to minimize losses and ensure a secure store environment.
- Stock Management and Merchandising: Assist in managing store stock, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales and meet sales budgets.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals, promote a positive work environment, and foster a culture of excellence.

Requirements:
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Retail Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management and customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
