Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at 1005275 BC LTD. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, driving sales growth, and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 sales staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth, increase customer engagement, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold, locate and procure merchandise for resale, and implement price and credit policies.
- Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and supervise sales staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a sales or retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
