Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 9442-3035 Québec Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and teaching interest or professional development courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
  • Assign sales workers to duties
  • Teach interest or professional development courses
  • Authorize payments by cheque
  • Order merchandise
  • Authorize return of merchandise
  • Establish work schedules
  • Sell merchandise
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
  • Manage cash
  • Oversee payroll administration
  • Conduct performance reviews
