Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Station Operations Manager to join our team at 9442-3035 Québec Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of employees in a fast-paced gas station environment.
  • Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient operations.
  • Teach interest or professional development courses to staff.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.
  • Manage cash and oversee payroll administration.
  • Conduct performance reviews and maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Work Environment

Our gas station is located in an urban area and operates in a retail business setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Candidates must be fluent in French.
