Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an RV Sales Consultant. If you have a passion for sales and a desire to work with a dynamic and growing company, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities

  • Understand and Implement Sales Process: You will be responsible for understanding and implementing our dealership sales process, which includes prospecting new clients, presenting and demonstrating inventory, and negotiating and closing sales.
  • Own Every Aspect of the Sales Process: You will own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to unit delivery, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.
  • Presentation and Demonstration of Inventory: You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our inventory to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Monthly Plans with Sales Leadership: You will work closely with our sales leadership team to prepare and review monthly plans, setting goals and targets for your sales performance.
  • Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and Monthly Units: You will be responsible for maintaining our Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards, ensuring that we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Market Trends and Certification: You will remain up-to-date on market trends and certification, ensuring that you have the latest knowledge and skills to succeed in your role.
  • CRM Software Familiarity: You will be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, using it to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Weekend Work Required: To maximize earning potential, you must be willing to work weekends, when possible.
  • Cold Calling and Lead Development: You will be responsible for cold calling new prospect customers and developing sales leads, identifying new opportunities for growth and revenue.
  • Negotiation and Closing Sales: You will negotiate and close sales, working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Meeting Monthly Sales Targets: You will work towards meeting your monthly sales targets, setting goals and tracking your progress to ensure success.

Education and/or Experience

Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus. We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Compensation

  • Commission-Based Pay Plan: You will earn a commission-based pay plan, with an estimated annual salary of $175,000-$275,000, depending on your sales performance.
