We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Mitigation Technician. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in restoring properties affected by disasters such as floods, fires, and other catastrophic events.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-level water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service and maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
- Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
- Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve common goals and provide leadership when needed.
- Dedication to customer service and a positive attitude.
- Fluent in English.
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Criminal background check required.
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
- Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
