Job Overview: We're seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Disaster Response Specialist. This role involves performing water mitigation, tarping, board up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation services according to industry specifications. You'll work closely with the Mitigation Manager and focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • High-level performance of disaster response services, including water mitigation, tarping, and board up, under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule, as necessary.
  • Assist in warehousing and facility-related tasks when required.
  • Collaborate with other team members and lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • A clean Criminal Record Check.
  • The ability to lift 75 LBS frequently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A dedication to customer service and a strong work ethic.
  • The desire to continually learn and grow with our organization.
