**Job Description:**
The Supervisor, Customer Service (Lost Pet Recovery) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, directing, managing, and evaluating of team performance to ensure customers receive a high level of service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives in their day-to-day operations.
- Ensure adherence to service level standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving team performance.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Act as an escalation point for resolving complex customer issues.
- Analyze data to identify trends and insights, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 6 years' relevant work experience in a leadership role.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record of success in a customer-facing role.
