Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at A&W. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Inventory Management and RequisitioningRequisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Staff Supervision and TrainingSupervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
Quality Control and AssuranceEnsure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Financial ManagementPrepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.
Customer Service and RelationsAddress customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Record Keeping and ReportingMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.

Language and Work ScheduleFluency in English and a 40-hour workweek.
