Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet customer demands.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting our high standards.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
As a Food Service Supervisor at Tim Hortons, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring you to be highly organized and able to multitask effectively. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, as well as walk and move around the restaurant.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
