Weber Shandwick, a leading global communications agency, is seeking a seasoned Group Creative Director to spearhead our creative efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns that drive business results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative development process, ensuring high-quality work that meets client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creative solutions with strategic objectives
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive creative growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a proven track record of success
  • Advanced knowledge of user-centered experience design, brand development, and digital marketing
  • Strong ability to provide clear creative direction, timely feedback, and effective project management
  • Proven mentoring and team-building skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • A willingness to push creative boundaries, think outside the box, and drive innovation
