Key Responsibilities:- Conceptual Excellence: Collaborate with copywriters to develop innovative ideas for integrated advertising campaigns across various mediums.
- Design Execution: Oversee the execution of visual design from concept to final hand-off, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high standards of quality.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate design solutions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
- Talent Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various platforms.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
