Strategic Business Partnerships Executive

The Human Resources function is a strategic business partner to the organization, providing expertise and oversight in designing, evaluating, analyzing, implementing, and administering HR programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies that drive execution of short-term goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to build relationships and ensure alignment between HR strategy and overall business objectives.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, best practices, resources, and tools to drive innovation and proactive solutions.
- Develop and deliver HR learning sessions, including performance management practices, human resource policies, talent management, and compensation.
- Analyze various HR metrics and provide recommendations for effective decision making.
- Conduct investigations on workplace situations and prepare documentation for complex labor-related cases.
- Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and evaluate programs against trends and advancements.
- Communicate and reinforce company values, philosophies, and leadership behaviors.
Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in a related field.
- University degree preferred.
- Experience with Workday or similar HR systems is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Proven ability to prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret data.
- Ability to work onsite at our location, with occasional travel required.
Benefits and Salary
- Competitive salary range: $70,000 - $85,000.
