Job Title: Staffing Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at EZCARE NURSING AGENCY. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Collect and screen applicants
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Review candidate inventories
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing and record-keeping duties

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
