Our purpose is to deliver innovative campaigns that increase sales while exciting, engaging, and inspiring customers. We have successfully acquired some of the biggest names in grocery retail, including Coles, 7-Eleven, REWE, Intermarché, Esselunga, Conad, Coop, and Super Muffato.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role involves growing the business through developing trusted relationships with leading retailers. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for delivering innovative tactical loyalty solutions and supporting the development of sales pitches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute loyalty programs for grocery retailers, including program analysis, control, and evaluation.
  • Support the internal approval process for new sales opportunities, including co-development of client projections and contracts.
  • Manage key external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met with program marketing requirements.

You will also be responsible for executing vendor initiatives, leading program training meetings, and monitoring the execution of programs in-field. Additionally, you will coordinate store audits to validate compliancy and manage account receivables and invoicing.

Key Skills:

  • Confident presenter with strong interpersonal communication skills and excellent verbal and written English.
  • Able to strengthen client relationships and navigate through challenges with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting and identifying data trends to help guide decision making, with attention to detail.
