We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to support the efficient functioning of our office operations, facilitate communication with clients, and contribute to the creation of an inclusive and encouraging environment for staff and patrons.

Responsibilities
  • Undertake general administrative tasks, including data entry, updating files, and coordinating logistics
  • Support the Office Administrator in ensuring the smooth running of office operations, including scheduling, reporting, and documentation
  • Coordinate the booking process for rooms and facilities, communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure proper scheduling
  • Facilitate birthday party bookings, including scheduling, payment processing, and providing a positive experience for attendees
  • Assist the customer service team in handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer service satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education or demonstrated experience in administration, arts, education, or a related field
  • A strong interest in operations and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A linear thinker with an aptitude for creating organized systems and documentation
  • Critical eye and attention to detail
