Job Title: Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our pharmacy team at Lawtons.

About the Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced pharmacy environment
  • Schedule and coordinate pharmacy staff, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations
  • Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training
  • Coach and develop pharmacy assistants to deliver outstanding customer experiences
About You:
  • You have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or equivalent experience
  • You possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • You are able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
