G MASS seeks an accomplished Global Client Integration Project Lead to spearhead client integrations, conversions, and strategic projects.

As a seasoned professional with strong experience in project management, client relationship management, and familiarity with the financial services industry, you will lead virtual teams that handle client transitions, including technology transfers and office expansions.

This is a permanent position based in London, Toronto, or New York, requiring occasional international travel. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership and global teams to support successful client onboarding and integration.

About the Role
  • Project Management:

The Global Client Integration Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating with teams to align internal processes with client needs, documenting and finalizing project scope with stakeholders, and leading high-priority projects from start to finish.

  • Risk Management:

You will identify project risks and recommend solutions to address high-risk areas, ensuring the delivery of programs in a standardized, risk-aware manner.

  • Reporting & Tracking:

The role involves monitoring project status, progress, and deadlines, providing monthly updates to clients and executives, highlighting key developments and potential risks.

  • Team Management:

You will oversee strategy for resource planning and task allocation, manage virtual teams, including resource planning and overseeing recruitment, training, and team development.

  • Sales & Client Support:

The Global Client Integration Project Lead will support marketing and sales efforts by presenting workflows and services, assist with client proposals and RFPs to secure new business, and strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify opportunities for new services.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification.
  • Experience: 10+ years experience with a proven track record in project management.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in Fund Administration, Private credit, Private markets, Asset Specialists.
  • Skills: Experienced with running workshops, managing the room, designing the operating model, walking through tech workflows, whiteboarding.
  • Relationship Management: Experience in relationship management within financial services.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills in business analysis.
Benefits

The salary range for this role is $150-200k in New York, $210-$290K in Toronto, and £115-155k in London.
