Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at OHKIM Sushi and Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and train our kitchen team to ensure they are meeting our high standards for quality and service.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional dishes.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key metrics to inform our business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
