Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Horton 2362. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and excellent customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement menus, pricing, and promotions to meet customer demands and increase sales.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that staffing levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing food service operations, including inventory control, labor management, and customer service.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, food service, or a related field an asset.
