Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1389797 B.C. LTD. as a key member of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our food service operations.
  • Supervise Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure seamless meal preparation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
