Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Eldorado Resort. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Train and develop staff members, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  • BUILD strong relationships with guests, team members, and management, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and morale while adhering to standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree in Business or Hospitality an asset.
  • Experience with Squirrel and OpenTable considered an asset.
  • WSET Intermediate Wine Certificate or comparable considered an asset.
  • Must possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates extreme organization in a fast-paced environment while acting as a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Valid Serving It Right certification.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
