About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Services Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing customer complaints or concerns, and providing recommendations on menu selections. You will also be tasked with clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs, as well as greeting patrons and presenting menus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and make recommendations on menu selections
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
Requirements

  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Public transportation is available.

Salary and Benefits
