About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer to join our team at Ignite Talent Solutions. As a Family Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters, including contested divorces, custody and access disputes, child and spousal support, and property and equalization of net family property.
- Work independently or under the direction of senior lawyers as part of an established and growing team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding, cost-effective, and responsive legal services.
- Conduct research and analysis to support legal arguments and provide expert advice to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in family law legislation and case law, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a law firm dealing with Family Law matters.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of family law legislation and case law.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
