Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase profitability in the bakery department.
- Lead and manage a team of bakery staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and supply chain operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of bakery products.
- Collaborate with store management and other departments to achieve sales and operational goals.

Requirements:
