Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Petro Canada Gas Station. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Authorize Payments and Returns: Process payments and returns in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability.
- Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Proactively address customer complaints and concerns, providing solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
