The City of Courtenay is seeking dynamic individuals to fill the temporary positions of Summer Inclusion Leaders. The successful candidates will engage, integrate and lead in the creation of quality experiences for participants with diverse abilities into recreation programs and camps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety and confidentiality of all participants
  • Take attendance and perform program set up and take down
  • Adapt activities to meet participant needs

Requirements

  • High school diploma preferred or currently enrolled/completed Grade 11
  • Criminal Records Clearance
  • Current Emergency First Aid and CPR Level C (or willing to obtain)

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly wage range of $20.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience
  • Variety of full and part-time positions available
