Job Title: Technical Lead - Pega Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, deliver, and maintain high-quality Pega solutions, working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to developers, reviewing their work and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and business analysts to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs.
  • Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, and logical processes.
  • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience designing and delivering complex Pega case management projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of BPM concepts, techniques, tools, and delivery approaches.
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience.
  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is an asset.
