The Technical Lead will be responsible for the overall design, technical delivery, and quality of the Pega solution, working as a technical lead on projects, reviewing data management plans, establishing and managing the technical environment.

As a Technical Lead, you'll assist developer resources by providing guidance and advice on technical issues and reviewing their work.

You'll also be responsible for sharing complexities as an input into costs for a project, helping to estimate work effort, and contributing to defining timelines and project plans.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you'll work with architects, designers/developers, business system analysts, and testing specialists to deliver high-quality solutions.

You'll coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams to ensure coding, testing, debugging, and implementation activities are completed as required.

Additionally, you'll analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, interface design, internal and external checks, controls, and outputs.

This role requires 4 years' experience designing and delivering complex Pega case management projects, as well as experience in solution design for Pega-based solutions encompassing internal facing and external facing applications.

You'll need advanced knowledge of BPM concepts, techniques, tools, and delivery approaches, as well as a minimum of 7 years of progressive information technology experience with full application development life cycle and systems integration experience.

Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) is an asset in this role.
