Heritage Co-op is seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at our Food Store location in Brandon, MB

Job Summary:

The Overnight Baker will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of bakery products, including measuring, baking, decorating, and pricing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods
  • Decorate and display baked goods to meet company standards
  • Price and stock baked goods in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high sanitation and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Bakery Manager and other Team Members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
