Job Summary:

Heritage Co-op is seeking a skilled Overnight Baker to join our team at our Food Store location in Brandon, MB.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Bakery Manager, the Overnight Baker will be responsible for the order and preparation of bakery products, including measuring, baking, decorating, displaying, and pricing.
  • Performing general housekeeping duties and assisting Team Members when necessary.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Bakery Manager.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Guest service skills and communication skills.
  • High housekeeping standards.
  • High sanitation and food safety standards.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and overnights.
