Retail Store Manager

At CANADA CORP. (GAS PLUS), we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive store environment.
- Operations and Logistics: Manage inventory, order merchandise, and authorize returns to maintain optimal store stock levels.
- Performance and Development: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support staff development to enhance overall store performance.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, address supply shortages, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare sales reports, manage cash, and maintain accurate records to ensure efficient store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask, and a strong work ethic.
Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:- Client Focus: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Organized: Maintain a well-organized store environment and ensure efficient operations.
- Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic to meet store expectations.
